The sheet places the township in North Goa but names MahaRERA as the registering authority, and the landmarks it lists — Sawantwadi–Vengurla Road, NH-548H, the Terekhol river — sit in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra. Zivano has asked the developer to confirm which state the plots are registered in.

The sheet gives drive times for the destinations and kilometres for the roads. Drive times are the developer’s own and Zivano has not measured them.
