What we collect, and what we do with it.

This page describes the personal data this website handles. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.

What you give us

Only what you type into a form. There is nothing on this site you have to hand over an email address to read — no gated brochure, no document behind a form.

The enquiry form: Your name, phone number, email address, the locations you tick, which kind of buyer you say you are, anything you write in the message box, and which page you sent it from.
The newsletter box: Your email address, and nothing else.

What we collect without asking

Two things, both narrow.

Your IP address: Used to limit how many submissions can come from one place, so the form cannot be flooded, and passed to Cloudflare as part of the anti-bot check described below. It is not stored against your enquiry.
Your browser and the page you came from: Sent with the advertising event described under "Who else sees it". Standard request information; not kept as a profile of you.

Why we hold it

To answer you. That is the whole of it — someone reads your enquiry and replies, and if a project does not suit you we say so.

We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to developers as a lead list.

Who else sees it

A short list, and what each one gets:

Cloudflare: Serves this site and runs the invisible anti-bot check on the forms, which receives your IP address. Also stores the images you see here.
Google Analytics: Measures how the site is used. Nothing is set and nothing is sent until you accept cookies.
Meta: If you send an enquiry, we report that an enquiry happened so we can tell which advertising works. Your email, phone and name are cryptographically hashed before they leave our server — Meta receives a fingerprint it can match against its own records, not the values themselves.
Our hosting and database provider: Stores the site and the enquiries, on our instruction and nothing else.

Cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are switched off until you accept them. That is not a banner that pretends to ask — the tags load with every signal denied by default, and only change if you say yes.

One cookie is set regardless: the one that remembers whether you said yes, so we do not ask again on every page. It lasts about six months.

Signing in to the admin panel sets a session cookie. That applies to our own staff, not to visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for twenty-four months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

What you can ask us to do

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Ask by email and we will do it — there is no form for this either.

Keeping it safe

Enquiries go over an encrypted connection to a database only our own staff can reach, through accounts protected by individual passwords. No system is perfect and we will not claim ours is; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board.

If this changes

We will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we do with your data, we will say so rather than rely on you noticing.
